Waveform Studios provides recording studio hire and video/audio production services. Pricing on this site is indicative; a binding quote is provided in a written booking confirmation.
A session is confirmed once you accept a written quote and pay any deposit stated. The balance is due as set out in your booking confirmation. Prices include applicable taxes where required.
Cancellations or changes made with reasonable notice (e.g. 48 hours) are handled per your booking confirmation; late cancellations may incur a fee. If we cancel for reasons within our control, we offer a reschedule or refund of amounts paid.
On full payment, the recordings and edited deliverables created for you are yours. We may, with your permission, use short excerpts as a showreel or portfolio; you can decline this.
You are responsible for the content of your recordings and for obtaining any consents or rights required (for example from guests). You agree to treat our space and equipment with reasonable care.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the session concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
